Pilates
Pilates is a low-intensity muscle strengthening activity focusing on building core strength and function.
Currently I offer online Pilates classes live via zoom, or catch up with the link on youtube.
Classes are Monday evenings at 7.30pm and are heavily core and glute focused. Suitable for beginners with a basic level of general fitness.
I also teach in person Pilates classes at Banbridge Hockey club. Currently these run Thursday evenings at 6.45pm.
